Welcome to Synthiq. These Terms & Conditions explain the rules for using this website, purchasing tickets, attending the event, and engaging with our content, speakers, sponsors, and community.

By accessing this website, registering for the event, or purchasing a ticket, you agree to these terms.

Event Information

Synthiq is organized by Synthiq Labs, Inc. The event may include live talks, workshops, panels, networking sessions, sponsor activations, digital content, and other attendee experiences.

We do our best to keep all event information accurate and up to date. However, schedules, speakers, venues, session formats, and event details may change at any time without prior notice.

Tickets & Registration

Tickets are only valid for the person or organization named during registration, unless transfers are approved by Synthiq Labs, Inc.

You are responsible for providing accurate information when registering. We may contact you using the details you provide for event updates, ticket confirmation, access instructions, and important announcements.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or revoke registration if we believe a ticket has been purchased fraudulently, resold without permission, or used in breach of these terms.

Payments

All ticket prices are listed in USD and may be subject to taxes, processing fees, or service charges.

Payment must be completed before your ticket is confirmed. Once payment is successful, you will receive a confirmation email or receipt using the contact details provided during checkout.

Refunds & Cancellations

Unless otherwise stated, all ticket purchases are final.

Refund requests may be reviewed at the discretion of Synthiq Labs, Inc. Approved refunds may exclude payment processing fees, service charges, or other non-refundable costs.

If Synthiq is cancelled by the organizer, ticket holders will be informed of available options, which may include a refund, credit, or transfer to a future event.

If the event is postponed or rescheduled, your ticket may remain valid for the new date.

Ticket Transfers

Ticket transfers may be permitted if requested at least 7 days before the event.

To transfer a ticket, contact Maya Chen at support@synthiqconf.com with the original ticket details and the new attendee’s information. Unauthorized resale or transfer of tickets may result in cancellation without refund.

Event Access

Attendees may be required to show a valid ticket, confirmation email, QR code, or identification before entering the event.

We are not responsible for missed sessions, late arrival, travel delays, accommodation issues, or any other personal circumstances that prevent attendance.

The organizer reserves the right to remove any attendee whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, abusive, discriminatory, or harmful to other attendees, speakers, staff, sponsors, or partners.

Code of Conduct

We want Synthiq to be a respectful, inclusive, and valuable experience for everyone.

Attendees are expected to behave professionally and respectfully at all times. Harassment, intimidation, discrimination, unwanted solicitation, aggressive behavior, or abuse of any kind will not be tolerated.

Anyone violating this code may be removed from the event without refund.

Speakers, Sponsors & Third Parties

Views expressed by speakers, sponsors, exhibitors, partners, or attendees are their own and do not necessarily represent the views of Synthiq Labs, Inc.

We are not responsible for the products, services, claims, advice, or content provided by third parties at or in connection with the event.
